From the ULP forum:
"Please take note as of effect of Year 2006, the Outdoor Activities (Gold) Badge is only valid if you have attended the OA (Gold) Modular Workshops or any other Accreditations held by HQ or by the HLFC. The Outward Bound Singapore or any other OBS scheme is not longer to be used for the awarding of Outdoor Activities (Gold) Badge due to the syllabus changes. As such, for those with OA (Silver) Badge, you are strongly encouraged to attend the upcoming OA (Gold) Modular Workshop whereby you would be trained and be taught in assisting accreditations for OA (Bronze & Silver) upon passing and completing the OA (Gold) Modular Workshop."
